What can I expect from the event?
123Boom! is the craziest game in the world. You'll have to solve puzzles, crack codes, and strategise your way through 6 immersive game rooms. The final challenge is to deactivate a paint bomb, and if you don't succeed... BOOM!
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at 551 Little Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000. You'll find us at the corner of Little Collins St and King St, on the Ground Floor (entrance on Little Collins St).
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 75 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
However, a variety of restaurants and cafes can be found in the building where the experience takes place; you can find more information here.
Is there parking available?
There is a paid car park, Wilsons Parking, located at 530 Collins St Car Park, accessed via Little Collins St in the Melbourne CBD. More info can be found here.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code? Can my clothes get dirty?
There isn't a specific dress code for this experience. However, since the game can get quite physical, we suggest wearing comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little messy, as there's a chance you might get splattered with paint during the experience.
We'll provide you with all the materials (protective jumpsuit, mask, and protective footwear). It's still a paint bomb, so there's a chance you might get splattered with paint. We are not responsible for any stains that may occur, so it's better not to wear your high couture clothes.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
There will not be merchandise for sale at the event.
Is it an escape room?
An escape room is a game where participants solve puzzles and riddles in a themed room, following a series of clues, with the goal of escaping within a limited time. In 123Boom!, you won't be locked in a themed room. Instead, you'll go through different rooms solving puzzles and challenges to finally face a giant paint bomb.
How many people is the activity for?
The activity is for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8 players simultaneously. If there are more than 8 people, they will need to split into two or more teams and book consecutive sessions, following closely behind the first team that starts the activity, competing in teams to surpass the score.
Are the sessions private?
The activity reservation will be for your group, so you won't be joined with other players.
Does the bomb explosion hurt?
Not at all, it’s just paint!
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in at the reception. Late entry is not permitted.
Please note that our game is not compatible with alcohol. If necessary, we may need to cancel the game without a refund to ensure the safety of our facilities and to provide a pleasant experience for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Can I play if I’m pregnant?
123Boom! is a game in which some of the tests require physical ability, such as bending, jumping from one place to another, and the like. Pregnant people can play according to their ability to move.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available?
This venue has lockers—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can kids play? Is there an age requirement?
Many of our 123Boom! games are physical, therefore the minimum age for kids to play is 12 years old when being accompanied by an adult aged 18+. Kids below 12 will not be able to play under any circumstances, nor can they accompany other players.
The minimum age for a team without any adults is 15 years old. All team members must be at least 15 years old or they won't be able to play under any circumstances.
